I went to CVS this morning and the ECB’s for the Bic Soleil didn’t print up on the receipt. Can anyone else verify if they did or didn’t receive the $3 ECB? I DID get a free 4-pack of cartridges that were attached to the Bic Soleil package, so it wasn’t a total loss. And the other ECB’s for the week did print up, so I got just about all my purchase price back in ECB’s.
Lisa, If you still have your receipt you can bring it back, and they can manually give you the ecbs. I have had that happen before when I go first thing on Sunday morning and the computers haven’t updated. They have actually had to overide 3-4 ecb deals for me. When I pointed it out though, the manager always did it without a problem. Going back in might not be the most fun thing. . . but to get your ecbs back it might be worth it. Hope that helps!
