Don’t forget today is Friday . . . . . That mean’s Mega Swagbucks Day!!! That means that you can win up to $100 Swagbucks just for searching!!! If you haven’t signed up for Swagbucks yet, you are really missing out. Swagbucks is an awesome program where you are paid Swagbucks to search online. You don’t get a swagbuck everytime that you search, but I usually get quite a few each day. Plus, you are earning for something for what you would be doing anyway. It is honestly the easiest way that I have ever found to make money because I don’t have to do anything. I just search like I usually would. Rotel Recipe for Canning

Homemade Rotel:
Rotel is so expensive to buy in the store, and relatively easy to make from scratch. I just make a batch, and can it for use year round.
Rotel Recipe:
1 gallon ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 large green bell peppers, chopped
1 onion, diced
8 hot peppers, chopped
3/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
Mix all ingredients and cook for 45 minutes. Put in hot sterilized jars. Add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of lemon juice to the top of each jar. Seal and process in a hot water bath for 15 minutes.
