Real Food On A Real Budget Giveaway

Congratulations to Joyce-Ellen, her comment was chosen via random.org. She has been contacted by e-mail about this giveaway. Thanks to all of you who entered!

I am so excited to be hosting this giveaway! My good friend, Stephanie, from Keeper of the Home, wrote a fantastic book, Real Food On A Real Budget. I have been following Stephanie’s blog for quite a while as we have tried to improve our eating habits. She has written an invaluable over 200 page book about how to save money on your grocery bill without compromising on what your family eats. I really enjoyed reading through the book, and learned quite a bit from it. The book is written incredibly well, and was so easy to read.

If you have been wanting to start eating healthier foods, but were concerned about the cost involved, this book is for you. She does a great job of explaining how to eat healthy foods. If you are new to the idea of eating Real Foods, she has a great introduction that helps explain how to eat.

First, she goes through and helps you set up a realistic budget for your family. Then she talks about how to find the best local deals. She discusses several different methods of meal planning. (This actually has really inspired me to give it a try after our baby comes.) Plus, she talks about how to organize and cook things from scratch quickly. She has some really great time saving ideas. She covers how to buy in bulk. (This is something that saves me a ton of money on healthier items.) Plus, there is a lot more information she goes over.

Stephanie sent me one of her ebooks to review, and she is offering to give away one to one of my readers as well. The ebook is normally $24.97, but it is currently on sale for $18.97. Also, if you prefer a book that you can hold in your hand, they are currently on sale for $25.97. The price is totally worth it in my opinion for such a helpful book that will help you significantly reduce your budget. Here is a link where you can purchase this book. I am at the doctors office and realized I forgot to add the link. You can go to keeperofthehome.org and I will add the link when I get home.
