Here is an alphabetical list of the fruits and vegetables I have written about so far. The information includes which varieties we think taste the best. There are some really delicious varieties of heirloom seeds that are available. We have tried many of them and now stick with our favorites. Also, I included tips about how to plant each and how to protect specific plants from bugs and diseases that are commonly seen.
· Basil
· Broccoli
· Cabbage
· Carrots
· Cucumber
· Dill
· Eggplant
· Lettuce
· Onions (multiplier) (Includes a video about how to plant and use these. These are really neat, because every time that you pull an onion up, you can replant one or two, so that your onion supply continues to grow throughout the year.)
· Parsley
· Peppers
· Potatoes
· Pumpkin
· Radish
· Spinach
· Tomatoes (Also, if you process many tomatoes each season, you can check outhow to quickly peel tomatoes here. This is a huge time saver!)
